JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has set up a Commission of Inquiry to probe delays in prosecuting apartheid-era crimes.
It will be chaired by retired Constitutional Court judge, Justice Sisi Khampepe.
The commission has six months to complete its work.
It comes as the Cradock 4 inquest hears there was political interference to delay the case.
We discuss this with Senior Attorney at Webber Wentzel, Nkosinathi Thema.
