Labour law | LRA, BCEA earnings threshold raised

JOHANNESBURG - The earnings threshold will increase from the 1st of April.

Simply put this means those earning over R21,000 per month will be excluded for labour law provisions.

This includes working hours, overtime pay, break times and where you can lodge complaints.
