Ladysmith struck by second flood

LADYSMITH - Around 70 people have been evacuated from Ladysmith after heavy rain and floods on Monday.

The town is still reeling from deadly floods on Christams Eve.

Several businesses and roads have been closed as water levels remain high.

Disaster management teams are on high alert.
