PRETORIA - The Madlanga Commission will resume on Monday morning.
A dozen witnesses are expected to testify over the next few months as phase two gets underway.
Those implicated will have the opportunity to respond to the allegations against them.
The Commission is investigating allegations of interference and corruption within the criminal justice system.
