Marshalltown fire | Khampepe report recommends action against MMCs

JOHANNESBURG - Joburg Human Settlements says it can’t be blamed for the Usindiso building fire tragedy that claimed 76 lives.

It comes as the Khampepe Inquiry laid the blame at the door of city officials for failure to practice oversight.

Justice Sisi Khampepe recommended action action against the Human Settlements and Public Safety MMCs.
