A clinical psychologist with the South African Depression and Anxiety Group Thabo Lephoto gives a list of signs that show you are suffering from burnout
- You feel physically sick
- Emotionally exhausted
- Mental exhaustion
- Being very pessimistic and disengaged from your work
Lephoto says it is important to take time to rest and recharge.
