Missing children | Support structures to help families

JOHANNESBURG - The search for Joslin Smith in Saldanha Bay has brought the issue of missing children back into the spotlight. 

According to stats, a child goes missing every five hours in South Africa.

This has stirred debate on whether enough support structures exist to find missing children and help families.
