Motsoaledi confident SA is holding the line against rising HIV rates

JOHANNESBURG - South Africa has one of the highest prevalence rates of HIV in the world.

And, it's increasing, partly due to US funding cuts.

Despite that, Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi says the country is managing the pandemic.
