SuperSport United and Stellenbosch are already through to the quarter-finals after eliminating Motsepe Foundation Championship sides.
However, all eyes will be on cup kings Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday and Sunday.
