JOHANNESBURG - Ten more municipalities in the North West have appeared before the joint oversight delegation led by Cogta Portfolio Committee chairperson Zweli Mkhize.
Among the municipalities are the Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District Municipality and the Madibeng Local Municipality, both of which have been flagged for failures in governance and finances.
The question remains: What intervention do these municipalities need to function properly?
