JOHANNESBURG - Fathers are now entitled to the same parental leave rights as mothers.
The Constitutional Court confirmed a ruling of the High Court last week.
It also applies to adoptive and commissioning parents, those who have a child through surrogacy.
Parliament now has 36 months to amend the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
