JOHANNESBURG - Ekurhuleni's senior residents are crying out for something as basic as water as they cast their special vote.
Some claim to have endured an unreliable water supply for at least 51 days.
This is despite Rand Water saying the Churchill Pump Station is operating at full capacity.
