JOHANNESBURG - Eskom is confident it will keep the lights on and keep you warm this winter.
It says several generation units have returned and there are ample emergency reserves.
It believes there should be no cuts if unplanned outages remain below 13 gigawatts.
If it goes above this, the utility says rolling blackouts will be limited to stage 2.
