Protests break out during voter registration weekend

The IEC is hailing this weekend's voter registration drive as a success. But it was marred in some areas by service delivery protests. Disgruntled Protea Glen residents disrupted events over electricity issues in the area. They say some areas have been without electricity for months but had electricity restored this weekend.
