JOHANNESBURG - The Standing Committee on Public Accounts has raised concerns about the former CEO of the Road Accident Fund's refusal to appear at its inquiry.
SCOPA is investigating financial mismanagement, financial losses, and maladministration at the fund.
Former CEO Collin Letsoalo is questioning Scopa's authority to conduct the inquiry.
