JOHANNESBURG - It's been four years since whistleblower Babita Deokaran was assassinated after exposing multi-million rand tender corruption at Tembisa Hospital.
Investigative journalist Jeff Wicks has now published a book titled 'The Shadow State'.
It looks into Deokaran's assassination, the rot in the Gauteng Health department and reveals the dark side of corruption in South Africa.
