JOHANNESBURG - Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa revealed that the Cabinet has approved the Integrated Resource Plan for 2023.

The plan is to delay the decommissioning of coal-fired power plants until the country's electricity supply is stable.

Ramokgopa says that Minerals and Energy Minister, Gwede Mantashe will release the IRP for public discussion.
