CAPE TOWN - The Western Cape has been a hotbed of gang violence for years.
But, just last month, at least 8 people were killed in mass shootings.
Gang violence has been identified as the second-leading cause of deaths in the province.
Police have been deployed to hotspots, so on the SA Morning soapbox, we are asking you to rate their effectiveness on a scale of one to ten.
