JOHANNEBSURG - The Human Rights Commission is investigating Sports Arts and Culture Minister Gayton McKenzie.
It's found prima facie evidence he violated Equality Act in social media posts between 2011 and 2017.
It comes after the Minister threatened legal action against podcasters demeaning the coloured community.
McKenzie has apologised for the remarks, but denies they are racist.
