JOHANNESBURG - Members of the South African National Civic Organisation and Joburg residents are marching to the offices of the Premier and Mayor.
They're planning to hand over a demand letter.
They are protesting over bad roads, lack of housing, and rising crime.
Sanco says officials haven't fixed these issues despite warnings earlier this year.
