Basic principals need to be restored in education
JOHANNESBURG - Good governance is critical to ensuring an education system that benefits all in South Africa and the Basic Education and Higher Education sectors both need to be reformed, according to University of Zululand lecturer, Doctor Sheetal Bhoola.
She's calling for the inclusion of five basic principles when running the sector - accountability, leadership, integrity, stewardship and transparency.
