JOHANNESBURG - South Africans have had enough of power cuts and need an immediate solution to the energy crisis.
That's the view of former deputy president Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka.

She hopes the latest state of disaster will be different from that of the COVID-19 pandemic, which saw a lot of corruption.
