SA's Judiciary | Justice Ministry warns against strike
JOHANNESBURG - The ministry of Justice and Correctional Services has cautioned magistrates against going on strike over wages.
Doing so will be "illegal, unethical, and unprofessional," according to the Department.
The Judicial Officers' Association of South Africa has written to parliament.
They're unhappy with the Remuneration of Public Office Bearers slow pace in reviewing magistrate's wage hikes.
