SA's water crisis | Payments not flowing to Rand Water

JOHANNESBURG - Rand Water is worried about escalating debt owed by municipalities to it.

To date, municipalities owe an accumulative amount of R3-billion, with R2-billion from Gauteng.

R1-billion is owed by Mpumalanga municipalities, and at least R63-million from the Free State.
