SA's water crisis | Water and Sanitation minister comments on SAHRC ruling

JOHANNESBURG - Water and Sanitation Minister Senzo Mchunu admits there are challenges but has questioned accusations that South Africa is experiencing a water crisis.

He says his department is working to ensure South Africa does not suffer water shortages by 2030.
