DURBAN - ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa says government is making strides to turn local government around.
Speaking at an ANC NEC meeting on Saturday, he lauded the district development model.
Ramaphosa praised the promising changes in eThekwini.
He says this needs to be adopted in more municipalities.
