It's frustrating when you see a problem but have no idea of how to get it resolved.
The new platform, FixLocal, guides you through reporting and escalating your issues, and as a last resort helps you fix it.
The app is set to launch on the 14th of May.
Mark Heywood, founding partner of FixLocal says the app will make it easy for citizens to report any service delivery issue.
