Service delivery | Limpopo slammed for 'forfeiting unspent funds'

JOHANNESBURG - The DA in Limpopo is slamming the provincial government for forfeiting funds meant for service delivery. It's questioning why the money was not spent and now has to be returned to treasury. The party has written to premier Stan Mathabatha requesting details.
