JOHANNESBURG - Tourism in China has increased during the Lunar New Year holiday, topping pre-COVID levels.

The holiday is known as the Spring Festival and sees the world’s largest annual migration.

Latest data shows that at the start of the Year of the Dragon, domestic trips increased by 474 million.
