Business Unity SA has taken legal action, arguing the new regulations, which came into effect on 1 September, are flawed and risk undermining the very goals of transformation they aim to achieve.
BUSA says it supports transformation and workplace equity but warns government’s newly gazetted Employment Equity targets could do more harm than good if left unchallenged.
