Unpacking the real state of Johannesburg with the mayor

JOHANNESBURG - Joburg Mayor Kabelo Gwamanda delivered his State of the City Address this week, highlighting initiatives aimed improving water security and electricity supply, among others. 

The city has been governed by a coalition and this led to instability and hampered service delivery.
