Urban decay | KZN Public Works to rejuvenate depleted buildings in eThekwini

DURBAN - KZN Public works and infrastructure MEC Martin Meyer says he is embarrassed by the state of Durban.

But, he says measures are are in place to rejuvenate abandoned buildings and restore the city.
