GQEBERHA - An alleged syndicate is targeting refuse removal trucks in the Nelson Mandela Bay metro.
The DA says 16 trucks have been vandalised since 2023 costing the city millions of rand.
Officials say they've had no choice but to hire the majority of their fleet as a result.
