WATCH | 2024 Elections | Day two of special voting underway

BLOEMFONTEIN, FS - We are now counting hours before millions of South Africans descend on various voting stations across the country.

But for now it's the second and final day of special voting for those who applied and were approved by the IEC.

The first day went off relatively smoothly, except in the Eastern Cape were some stations could not open because of a taxi blockade.
