WATCH | Africa's first underground lab being built in Western Cape

STELLENBOSCH, WC - The Western Cape is boasting Africa's first underground laboratory. Construction is underway on the Paarl Africa Underground Laboratory (PAUL) project.

Scientists will be uncovering the secrets of dark matter and neutrinos.
