COSMO CITY - Embattled power utility, Eskom, says it’s implementing measures geared at ending the constant electricity cuts in Cosmo City, Johannesburg.

On Thursday, angry extension 8 residents voiced their frustration outside the utility's Johannesburg headquarters, by blocking the main entrance to the Megawatt Park precinct.
Demonstrators peacefully vacated the area after Eskom bosses vowed to resolve the problem.
