JOHANNESBURG - Justice may finally be served for the victims of apartheid-era crimes and their families.
President Cyril Ramaphosa is establishing a commission of inquiry to probe delays in investigating cases arising from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
Tshidiso Motasi is one such victim. He was just five years old when apartheid police stormed into their home and shot his parents, Tumelo and Busisiwe.
Motasi slept in the house with their bodies until the next morning, when neighbours arrived.
eNCA's Heidi Giokos sat down with Motasi.
