JOHANNESBURG- The Gauteng Finance and Economic Development, MEC Lebogang Maile, is set to deliver the provincial budget speech.
The province has identified crime-fighting, education, health care, economic growth, and job creation as top priorities.
Meanwhile Gauteng residents say the budget should be dedicated to restoring services in communities.
