JOHANNESBURG - It’s no secret that Gauteng Roads are crumbling and they need urgent attention.
Motorist troubles are further exacerbated by faulty traffic lights in almost all parts of the province. The transport department has accused an unknown syndicate of deliberately tampering with traffic lights.
Recently, Putco Buses were set alight, and Rea Vaya Bus drivers have been shot at and killed.
