WATCH | IEC update on 29 May general elections

JOHANNESBURG - Political parties and independent candidates have until the 8th of March to submit all the relevant paperwork and make payments to the Independent Electoral Commission.

The IEC says it will then verify and issue notices to those who haven't complied.

The commission was giving an update on its state of readiness for May's general elections
