JOHANNESBURG - Intercape CEO Johann Ferreira has welcomed the court ruling against National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola and Eastern Cape Police Commissioner Nomthetheleli Lillian Mene.
They have been found in contempt of court after failing to implement a plan to protect long-haul buses in the Eastern Cape.
Intercape had previously opened 175 criminal cases, which the police and Hawks failed to investigate.
