JOHANNESBURG - KwaZulu-Natal is yet to recover from the devastating July riots of 2021, and the subsequent floods that hit the province almost a year ago.

The Build One SA leader Mmusi Maimane is hoping to capitalise on the failures of the provincial government to grow his new movement ahead of next year's polls.
