WATCH | Mbalula admits ANC has not achieved its targets

JOHANNESBURG - ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula admits the governing party has not achieved all its targets.

He was addressing the Cadres Forum in Mpumalanga, ahead of the weekend's birthday celebrations.

In April, the ANC will also mark 30 years in power, that's since the first democratic vote in 1994.
