DURBAN - The arrest of a suspected Mozambican kidnapping kingpin has raised questions once again about border corruption.

Esmael Nangy is among three accused, including a police officer from the Lebombo border post linked to the kidnapping of KwaZulu-Natal businessman, Zakariyya Desai.
Desai is still missing but is reportedly still alive.
