JOHANNESBURG - As President Cyril Ramaphosa prepares to be sworn in for a new term, there are growing calls for him to scale back the number of Cabinet posts to cut costs.

Ramaphosa will walk a tightrope when putting together a new Cabinet that is expected to accommodate the political parties that have agreed to join the government of national unity.
