JOHANNESBURG - Social media has taken over the lives of many people.
A new research on teenage smartphone-use, now aims to improve our relationship with digital media.

The study, conducted by Stellenbosch University, found that teenagers use their cellphones on average for just over three hours a day.
It's also shed light on social media engagement and parental control.
