WATCH | Warning of heavy rainfall in Cape provinces

JOHANNESBURG - The SA Weather Service is warning of heavy rainfall and

very cold conditions in Cape Crovinces from Friday until Sunday.

Floods, snow and strong gale-force winds are also expected in some areas.
