JOHANNESBURG - Controversial businessman and founder of the Moti Group, Zunaid Moti has his neighbours in a froth over a helipad on his leafy Bryanston property.
The landing pad was approved for May but it is already being built. This has angered his neighbours who object saying it will cause a racket in their otherwise quiet suburb.
Entrepreneur Zunaid Moti says that he frequently takes helicopters because they are safe and convenient, and he is extremely careful when it comes to safety.
He believes that it is appropriate to fly on the weekend and set up a specific period, which may be the day, so as not to disturb anyone, he does not want to interfere with their family time or public time.
