Analyst blames De Ruyter for creating ground for Eskom destruction

JOHANNESBURG - Political analyst Professor Sipho Seepe blames André de Ruyter, for creating fertile ground for Eskom's destruction by pushing ahead with privatisation.

He says the former Eskom CEO should've admitted his failures rather than writing a book.

Seepe said, "it not so much that we should turn a blind eye in incompetence, we should not turn a blind eye to corruption."
