JOHANENSBURG - Eskom has a new board.

Minister of Public Enterprises Pravin Gordhan announced Eskom's new board on Friday.

Gordhan said he met with the former board on Tuesday to inform them.

He named Mpho Makwana as the new Eskom board Chairperson.
